Dr. Anyee' Payne is a dedicated educational leader with over 20 years of experience spanning K-12 and higher education. Recognized for her expertise in instructional leadership, grant writing, and strategic planning, Dr. Payne has cultivated a career dedicated to fostering academic excellence, enhancing teacher efficacy, and building collaborative school cultures.

Dr. Payne holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Mercer University, an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from Central Michigan University, and a B.S. in Early Childhood Education from Georgia Southern University. Her extensive background as a principal, assistant principal, and executive director has equipped her with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by school leaders and the tools necessary to overcome them.
